When starting to learn
how to open all chakras, I advocate beginning from the bottom and work your approach up to the top. Primarily you would start from the basis chakra, once that chakra is opened you then procceed to the Sacral Chakra, Naval Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and then lastly the Crown Chakra.
Each Chakra is responsible for a totally different emotional,physical, and mental state and they're all interconnected with one another. They all depend on every other so as to take care of proper balance.
1.) The inspiration of all the Chakras is the Root. Once the Root Chakra is open, you may immediately experience a sense of welcoming and security.
